Welcome to Oppster™. By accessing our website, downloading, purchasing, or using Oppster products and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Oppster, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Oppster provides trading and investment tracking tools, analytics features, workflow insights, and related services designed to help users record, review, and manage trading activity.

3. Subscription and Payments

Some features of Oppster may require paid subscriptions. Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize applicable charges.

4. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not immediately terminate access. Users will continue to have access to subscription features through the end of their current paid billing period.

Unless otherwise stated, cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund of previously paid subscription fees.

5. Promotional Offers and Trials

Oppster may offer promotional pricing, discounts, free trials, introductory offers, or other limited-time promotions at its discretion. Eligibility requirements and terms may vary by promotion.

Promotional offers may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice unless otherwise stated. Promotions generally cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly indicated.

At the conclusion of a promotional period or trial, subscriptions may automatically transition to a paid subscription plan unless cancelled before the promotional period ends.

6. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions and digital product purchases are non-refundable. Oppster may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use Oppster for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, distribute, or modify protected portions of the software.
• Share licenses or access in a manner that violates subscription terms.
• Interfere with operation or security of the platform.

8. Investment Disclaimer

Oppster is a tracking and organizational tool only. Nothing provided through Oppster constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, or other professional advice. Users remain solely responsible for their own investment decisions.

9. Accuracy of Information

Oppster attempts to provide useful tools, calculations, analytics, and insights. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of information generated by the platform for any specific purpose.

10. Market Data and Pricing Information

Oppster relies on market data, pricing information, calculations, and other financial information that may be provided by third-party services, imported sources, or user-entered data.

Such information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or temporarily unavailable. Oppster does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or availability of any market prices, quotes, calculations, or financial data.

Users remain responsible for independently verifying market information and making their own investment decisions.

11. Informational Tools and Trade Guidance Disclaimer

Oppster features including, but not limited to, Trade Cues, Trade Gems, Open Opps, analytics, position insights, trade guidance, and similar tools are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

These features are designed to help users organize, review, and better understand trading activity and workflows. They do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, or recommendations to buy, sell, hold, close, roll, or take any specific action regarding a security, option, or investment strategy.

Users should perform their own research, independently verify information, and evaluate their personal financial situation, risk tolerance, and objectives before making investment decisions. All investment decisions remain solely the responsibility of the user.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oppster and Oppster LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-related damages arising from use of the services.

13. Data Loss, File Integrity, and Security Disclaimer

Oppster takes reasonable measures to help provide a reliable and secure experience; however, no software, system, or storage method can guarantee complete protection against errors, interruptions, corruption, loss of data, unauthorized access, malware, cyber incidents, or other technical failures.

Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups and taking reasonable steps to protect their devices, files, login credentials, and account access.

Oppster and Oppster LLC shall not be responsible for losses resulting from file corruption, synchronization conflicts, accidental deletion, hardware failure, cyber incidents, unauthorized access, or loss of user data.

14. Eligibility and Age Requirements

Oppster services are intended for users who are at least 18 years of age or who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction. By using Oppster, you represent that you satisfy these requirements or are using the service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian where legally permitted.

If Oppster becomes aware that services are being used in violation of applicable age requirements, we reserve the right to restrict or terminate access.

15. Shared Access and License Rights

Oppster subscriptions and licenses are intended for use by the authorized purchaser and any users explicitly permitted under the applicable subscription plan.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of access credentials, license information, and shared files. Unauthorized sharing, distribution, resale, duplication, or use beyond the permitted subscription limits may result in suspension or termination of access.

Where a subscription plan permits multiple users, accounts, or family access, all users operating under the shared subscription remain subject to these Terms of Service. The primary account holder assumes responsibility for activity associated with that subscription.

16. Subscription Changes and Downgrades

Users may upgrade or downgrade subscription plans in accordance with available plan options.

When a subscription is downgraded, access to certain features, workflows, account limits, or functionality available under the previous plan may become unavailable at the end of the current billing period.

Oppster will attempt to preserve user data where reasonably possible. However, features associated with higher-tier plans may become read-only, hidden, restricted, or otherwise unavailable after a downgrade.

Users remain responsible for reviewing plan limitations prior to changing subscription levels.

17. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access for violations of these Terms, misuse of services, unauthorized activity, or other actions deemed harmful to Oppster or its users.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Oppster after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

19. Customer Support

Oppster may provide customer support, onboarding assistance, bug reporting, and general product guidance at its discretion. While we aim to respond to inquiries in a timely manner, Oppster does not guarantee specific response or resolution times.

Support availability, methods of contact, and support offerings may change over time.

20. Tax and Reporting Disclaimer

Oppster provides organizational tools, calculations, tracking features, and reporting capabilities for informational purposes only.

Oppster does not provide tax advice, tax preparation services, accounting services, or guarantees regarding tax treatment, tax reporting accuracy, or regulatory compliance.

Users remain solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and reporting trading activity, gains, losses, and tax-related information with tax professionals, accountants, brokers, or applicable authorities.

21. User Input and Data Entry Responsibility

Oppster relies in part on information entered, imported, or otherwise provided by users. Users are responsible for reviewing and validating all information entered into the platform, including but not limited to trade details, account information, pricing data, quantities, dates, strategy selections, and transaction activity.

Incorrect, incomplete, duplicate, or improperly entered information may affect calculations, analytics, reporting, trade insights, or other functionality.

Oppster and Oppster LLC are not responsible for errors, losses, or decisions resulting from inaccurate or incomplete user-provided information.
